I have spoken with Jason from the customer service team on behalf of my elderly grandmother and Jason was so lovely to deal with, very professional and delivered fantastic customer service. I would recommend Vitalcall to anyone that have elderly relatives. Thank you!
This company seems to have continuous administrative issues. We recently signing up for the service and completed direct debit forms/authorisation for my elderly 89yo father who cares for my similar aged mother. Once the contractor who represents Vital Call originally came for the installation we have had ongoing issues. It seems Vital Call is very dysfunctional as no one seems to take ownership for a problem that gets reported, due to the many parts to this organisation. Senior Mgt need to take a hard look at what they are supposed to be managing. The people you deal with at the contact centre seem fine. But when it comes to correcting the billing /administrative problems that are addressed with them nothing positive seems to happen. Fortunately as yet we have not had to use the emergency service that the alarm triggers, heaven help us if it is anything like the operation of their back office.
We would not recommend Vital Call. They do not answer to important emails regarding administrative issues, we called and emailed requesting Invoices and they said they will get back to you within hours however we have not had a reply - this is the third occasion now, then you receive phone calls from solicitors. If that's how it is when dealing with administrative matters I would put no trust in them for life threatening issues
