Through raa came here one 6 month ago one in recent and for both I was told only 3 days and for earlier one they took 7 days and for later one 4 days. Both were minor jobs and had lame excuses for delays. The worst part was no communication what so ever each time I rang and visited them to see whats up and each time again lame excuses for not been able to call or text me. Don't anyone ever go there and raa reputation is at risk I reckon with this type of service Over the years I had or family friends had insurance repairs but this one easily the worst ever service n communication n lies
Recently had a car here for repair through raa insurance. Dealing with Rick behind the counter while he done most things he said he would do he lied about other things he said he would and wouldn't do. When speaking to him face to face he was very quick to get upset and told he was a liar. Rick rung us on Thursday saying car was all ready, we told him we couldn't pick it up until Monday, go there Monday to pick car up and ask him about the wheel alignment and he said something was majorly wrong and it needed to go back next door for an alignment can we pick it up after lunch that day, we told him will be back Tuesday morning. Pick the car up drives the same after wheel alignment had supposedly been done. Speak to raa insurance and now rick once again has lied about ever getting it done and must be tyre wear (car has new tyres). I would not reccommend this business at all due to lies and unprofessionalism. I'm sure the workers are good but Rick with his lies and b/s is not worth worrying what else has he and will he lie about
