The car sales team is great. The manager is a lovely person. The service team is not good at all. Made simple mistakes that have damaged my car. They stuffed the radiator, which they replaced, but then due to shoddy workmanship caused my bonnet to not close properly. The manager fixed this, again really nice fella, but the car has subsequently overheated again (within 2 weeks). No coolant in the system tells me that there is a leak in the system which should have been checked before handing the car back. Called to get this fixed and was told that it would be weeks before the car could be fixed again... even though it was their fault. It's pretty special when a service actually makes your car worse. Tldr: definitely buy your car here. Don't get it serviced here.
