Bad customer service ! I called this company for a quote and I have never come across a more RUDE person in my life!!!! obviously they don’t want my business - firstly every time I asked a question he rudely told me to look on the website secondly he kept on talking over me every time I asked a question or asked for an explanation he replied in a short and terse manor ! I persevered with his rudeness and then I lost it !!!! Good luck with your customer service skills .
