This is unbelievable. I can't fathom the incompetence of these couriers! I clearly marked the package to be delivered AUTHORITY TO LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR. NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Front gate was not locked. Front door in clear view - yet I get this message on consignment tracking "1 item loaded for delivery" THEN "Failed to deliver 1 item". These couriers need to go back and start watching Sesame Street again on how to open a gate.

Why did this courier pull up on the wrong side of the road? Because of a commitment to safety? No. Because he was trained to do it? No. Because it is legal? No. Because he is poorly trained and paid, does it all the time and sees others doing it? Yes. What would the driver do if a cyclist was heading downhill towards him just as he was pulling out across the road? Pull left? Pull right? And what would the cyclist do? Probably crash. From other reviews, I think CouriersPlease cuts corners in many aspects of safety and customer service.

They have lost my phone, and have no contact with the driver who picked it up. They say they will contact me within 24 hours to tell me what is happening. They just close the case instead. I have no idea where my phone is, and they don't either. If there are any issues, they will not call you. Not sure why we give them our mobile number in the first place.

The worst service. Website doesn’t record contacts or changes to delivery. Australia post is more reliable than this. They downplayed all my problems.

I have waited for a promised delivery for 2 delivery days now I have advised around 10 times to 3 different non English speaking consultants and they keep getting the st and unit mixed up and spelling of street incorrect. Won't let me speak to a manager Fantastic furniture if you continue to use this useless company you will lose business I was first told there was no street number on order BS Why would you not ring me and why would you load a product with no street number ????

It's comical how poor this was... Starting with the package being left in quite possibly the most obvious and worst location - top of driveway in full view from the street. The driver could have added the "steal me" sign just to confirm his/her intent. And the box has boot marks all over it and kicked in on one side...

Worse Customer Service ever! Only one phone number with an overseas operator who can't even understand the question asked. No phone numbers for local depots, no contact with sales team to open a business account. Our companies spend tens of thousands of dollars in freight per year and I would expect some interest when you offer a god business to someone. Super disappointed, never to use them or recommend them.

For some reason this company thinks its ok to leave your parcel in the driveway for the whole world to see. Today reached a new level of professionalism, leave the parcel in the rain. Well done couriers please, you're officially worse than Auspost.
