Nice to see some people regard service as a priority. The available products are amazing, the prices are great, and the models of gel blaster toys are in depth. As I have stated though, old fashioned service is paramount.
Absolutely astounded by the excellent customer service . I recieved prompt return emails and fb msgs with the answers to questions i had . I then purchased an item only to recieve it quicker than expected an better quality than expected .i was left feeling like i was valued . Also when explaining i was intending on purchasing more items i was invited to use a discount code .this is a company that cares shop here ive now left a retailer whos an industry leader to command elite hobbies . Had my SLR fixed here and am thoroughly impressed. Where another company used a dodgy trigger, the CEH techs offered me a cheap metal trigger that actually works using their superior knowledge and they threw on my new buffer tube for no extra cost. Very happy and will be back in the future.
Definitely worth coming here over the rest.
The manager working at the Salisbury has no clue about anything in the shop. I have been sold a blaster with 2 faulty mags. The original mag wasn’t working properly when he tried to sell me the gun so he just pulled one out of a gun on display and it is also faulty. I didn’t even want a refund all I wanted was him to give me a mag that actually works. Now it is being sent off to tech and I probably won’t hear from them for a week. (Edit. The owner has contacted me and has looked after me in a correct manner although it was frustrating waiting he did compensate me for doing so.)
BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE ! If you've ever tried to get a refund from this company you would understand exactly what I am talking about ! Very un professional ! They will happily take your money and treat you like you have no rights when an issue occurs with the product. The revolvers were a joke and the service is dismale ! Honestly steer clear of command elite hobbies !!!!
Careful Guys, I am using a Gel Ball exposing account. I have bought from these guys on another email which I will not say. However, these guys are really shady. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The "atomic armoury" x Doublebell GBB is a sham. It is just a doublebell 5.1 that's worth 300. They have lied to their pre-orders and withheld funds for 1 year getting a interest free loan. Tangy is also a sham tech, he will destroy your blasters to make them work briefly. I've had to fix so many ex-clients of theirs where he broke the gearboxes by brute force rather than fitting them in properly. Their HPA gear is also over priced. Go to GBA or GBU. Do not buy any atomic armoury things. It is rebranded stuff with a huge mark up.
