Was up at the bay for week. Was able to get two lovely pieces off brisket to smoke. Had a great selection of sauces and rubs as well.

AWESOME place and the meat is fresh. The butches who work there are super friendly and helpful will cut steak to a size u want. They deliver locally are fast and do no contract delivery with covid happening. The only place to get fresh meat from in the bay. Also they make all there marinates so it has flavor.

Very nice meat some of the best lamb loin chops I had in a long time an the chicken kebabs are so tasty an you don't need many for a good feed not to mention the jerkey /biltong . I'm keen to try more especially there snags
