Seriously I wouldn't bother! Goods that were ordered (and paid upfront) were not sent on the day as promised, when we called to chase up 3 days later were told that there was an error and they hadn't left the warehouse yet. Part of the order we had to make up ourselves with purchases at Bunnings, the balance was sent overnight courier. We then requested a refund for the goods that were not delivered on time, eventually we received it after numerous emails but less the overnight courier fees. No replies to my emails chasing the balance of the refund, had to call and was told in no uncertain terms that there would be no further refund as they had lost money on this transaction. Terrible customer service, go elsewhere if you can.
