Bonnie is an amazingly experienced and highly trained teacher. Creditials are often lacking in this industry of no regulation and it often shows in the gym like workouts where it is often about moving and stretching and not alignment. She focuses on alignment and the scientific benefits of the poses and has an authentic, humble and genuine manner about her that is so in contrast to so many. Traditional philosophies and yoga insights as opposed to cliched spirituality sprouted by so many other yoga centres. If you want a genuine and authentic experience of yoga and it's philosophies, to develop deeper practice and mindfulness even as a beginner and being new to yoga, then this is the place to go in Ipswich. She has a broad array of classes and is always happy to guide around injuries or any health issues with an extensive understanding of the muscles and ways of building strength. Fantastic for beginners or regulars alike!

I would highly recommend Sacred Cow Yoga to anyone, regardless of their yoga experience. There is a great choice of classes with varying levels to suit everyone. Bonnie is a very knowledgable, inspirational yoga teacher and will work to your abilities, ensuring you enjoy every class. At Sacred Cow yoga Bonnie has created a beautiful, welcoming, comfortable space that is instantly relaxing when you walk through the door. The last 10 -15 min of the class where you get to relax to Bonnie’s soothing, calming voice in this lovely sanctuary is just Devine :)
