Well organised, fast turnaround ferry service. Staff skilled at fitting vehicles into ferry (will assist with reversing on caravans). Passengers collect boarding passes from terminal prior to loading. Cafeteria style food, and souvenirs available.

You can take the sealink ferry to penshaw. The ferry can also take your car. There is a restaurant and a tourist center here
Very helpful staff, we reached couple of hours early to the time of departure. They accomodated us in the next Ferry which was within 30 min.
We travelled as a group on 7/10/2018. Whilst the ferry ride was smooth, timely and the Penneshaw staff we're extremely friendly and accommodating. As a fellow tourism industry worker I found your check-in staff at the Cape Jervis terminal extremely abrupt and unhelpful to those who were simply checking in. A smile and some manners cost nothing and will encourage future bookings perhaps some additional customer service training would be helpful.
Very expensive, what other options we got if we want to take our car. Booking is very easy via phone or online. Staffs are friendly. Really make sure you arrive at least 15-20 min before your dept time.
The Sea-link Ferry-terminal located at Cape Jervis was a great place to load your car onto the ferry. There are 5 queues (1-4waiting and 5 for Standby). Arrive there early to assure non-hectic loading for your car. If you are incapable of loading your car onto the ferry, ask one of the stuff in the office and leave the keys in the car and they will load it for you. The ride was smooth and punctual. The ferry ride only took 45 minutes.
