devalued as a person upon arrival to such a state that no one even confirmed that I actually paid how is that covid safe not knowing who is there.lack of covid distancing through out venue mainly in cafe.cafe gave away my meal to someone else when my 7yr old collect toasties staff said they bring it out to him.again I told this to my face.after 1/2 waiting I went up there again to get refund.in that time no tables were covid cleaned and didn't see buzzers cleaned .on to pool area it wasn't covid cleaned at all in observations.2hr time limit is a joke and didn't see that when booking .booking online took over a hour to do

Amazing customer service,staff is wonderful,I had few inquiries about the youth gym membership, had a chat with Deb,she was wonderful and very helpful and was quick to get me to the solutions.Highly recommend it.

It was good took 3 year old grand daughter....life guards were watching the activities and on patrol...clean,food,seating,lockers,good sized and separate areas.babies,toddlers and up...
