Fabulous store. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and pationate of their products, really top notch customer service. Truly 5star service experience. On top of carrying the full line of weber bbqs and accessories, they have plenty of other bbq'ing goodies like rubs, sauces, smoking chips, gas fitting adaptors etc. Also they do lpg bottle refills for really good price. I will definitely be a repeat ongoing customer after my few experiences thus far

Excellent range of BBQ's and related products. Thw staff were attentive without being overbearing and the range and scale is such that you can while away some serious time wandering around the shop.
Purchased a BBQ today the gentleman who served us was thorough, too the point and provided excellent service too us. And most patient due too the amount spent and my key card what a pain, but he was patient and finally a solution was reached. I wasn't particularly worried but it turned out ok anyway. It's nicely put together now and has pride off place in it's own little area. It appears we require a connector for the gas bottle we have so, we will pop back in asap. What a great shop. Excellent service and helpful staff. Very large selection of products and services. If you need BBQ accessories through to gas bottle refills, this is the one stop shop.
