Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never order online with this store ever again. I had to pay delivery cost twice due to their lack of communication and proper information on their website. I would stay away unless you want to get your money stuck with them.

Travelled there after a particular wine which apparently was in stock only to find it's in stock ONline and you get it AFTER you order. Could have saved the time and effort. Even rang them to check but maybe it was just poor communication on my side

This place is little hidden away but well worth finding for a great selection of hard to get local & imported wines & beers including my beloved Stiegl. Only a small place but still has a wider selection than the big two, the owners are friendly & knowledgeable which makes the extra dollar or two you may pay well worthwhile. They have a good website for home delivery nationwide if you can't make it in yourself
