Was 45 minutes late to first appointment after travelling an hour myself to meet for the first time. We sent an email to go ahead. She sent an email with an invoice wanting a deposit which we were happy to pay but she never replied to anymore emails we sent with some questions we had. Would not recommend and was pretty rude when meeting her. Glad i never sent the deposit.

I would highly recommended this service to anyone. The time & effort that Kristin putting in is amazing. I did my wedding invitations here and it turns out beautifully I cannot thank you enough. So I also did my sister's wedding invitations here and they were so happy about it. So I loved this place and definitely going there again for birthdays invitations and more... Kristin was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I contacted many invitation businesses and I'm so happy that I went with Red Rose Invitations. Kristin was very quick at responding to any of queries (I had MANY of them) and she was happy to help at any time of the day. Kristin consistently misunderstood simple instructions, for example centring design elements that we asked to be in the top corners. She has no apparent eye for design, or is perhaps not bothered with checking her own work, with each (of four) proofs having simple formatting mistakes, each one new from the last proof. Her attention to detail is appalling, starting with ordering the wrong coloured card stock. Card stock was the least of our problems. We spent a month after paying a deposit trying to get her to understand very basic descriptions of how we wanted out invitations laid out, even to the extent that we sent a photoshopped image of an earlier proof to show exactly how we wanted things laid out. The proof she sent back in response was clearly not the same, with some elements out by at least a centimetre. A second attempt was made at getting here to compare one image to another and make them match - a simple game of spot the difference that 5-year-olds can manage - and the resulting proof was... closer. But still, clearly, different. A final request for the design to be laid out exactly as in the image we provided was met with an abrupt email informing us that she would no longer be providing our invitations and, even when queried as to why, no explanation was forthcoming. If someone can't manage the simple design task of making one picture look like another, they shouldn't be in an industry that requires at least rudimentary design skills. If you can't manage people want their wedding invitations perfect, you shouldn't be in the wedding industry. Kristin wasted over a month of our wedding planning, with hours spent trying to find ever clearer ways to explain incredibly simple concepts like "evenly spaced". Do not waste your time like we did.
Everything about this experience was amazing. I would say I'm not a bride who new what I wanted but after 15 minutes of talking about my likes and dislikes it was the easiest part of my hole wedding planning. I was informed all the time on what and when they would be ready. Please do yourself a favor try Red Rose Invitations you will not be disappointed
Kristin made my wedding invitations and did an amazing job! I am so happy with how they have turned out and the amount of detail and care put into them.
