Called in looking for a new drill and impact driver. I spoke to Nathan and he hooked me up with a kit, a free battery and an extra 100 to spend in store (they had a sale on) for a better price than tools warehouse or gasweld. Very friendly and professional, really helped a brother out. Will definitely shop here again!

My wife asked a question and she was totally ignored by the staff. They just addressed me. They treated my wife like she would never use tools, we will never shop there again.

I can thoroughly recommend Sydney Tools at Rutherford and in particular Ryan, who spent a great deal of time talking to me about the tools I was looking at, then arranging for me to be able to swap out tools for others in the Makita pack I bought. While all the staff are friendly and helpful every time I've gone to this store, I was very impressed with the customer focus. I also like that you can have a joke with the staff as well. Much better deal than the competitors. Thanks Ryan and Sydney Tools.

What a dud business. Lifetime warranty claim and we have to keep chasing them. They try and shift the blame but they are the point of sale. Buy at Buntings. Still waiting since Xmas for a replacement tool
