Staff member approached me upon entry to confirm a booked appointment and asked me to take a seat. I waited for an hour with my cat in a carrier, thinking they were just running behind. Staff at the front desk never looked up except to chat with each other, no one approached me again, no one asked why I was still there. I finally went to front desk and none of the staff seemed to know what was going on. I was the only person in the waiting room at this point. They quickly tried to get a vet and do the vaccination but I declined, refused their "service".

Very happy with how the vets here took care of my beloved cat. They did everything they could to keep him alive but unfortunately he passed. I had stressed concerns about my bill and how I was financially struggling so they discounted as much as they could wish was a huge relief. They also gave me a sympathy card, poem, his collar and a little jar with some of his fur. So incredibly thoughtful. Absolutely incredible staff here, have always and will always continue coming here for my pets.
These people are doing very good things to protect animal rights.
Found a stray puppy in very poor condition on Easter weekend, and due to it being a public holiday I had to leave the poor pup in a kennel in tighes hill. I have been contacting Hunter RSPCA for 5 days now trying to find out what has happened to the puppy, however they never answer their phones or return calls. Very disappointed and terrible service. I thought they may want to know at least where I found the pup, and I was interested to try and adopt if owners weren't found.

Staff were wonderful, all very friendly and helpful. Came home with a beautiful little girl.
Was so easy to meet our new little addition to the family Daisy.And the staff were so helpful and so easy to deal with. You can really tell they love working with animals and family's to find these animals there forever home.
Brilliant with my scaredy cat. She came out without any howls or screams for once! Very happy!
