Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. A little bit pricey if you are on a budget and wanting the quality items for a lower price but I shop here regularly. The kids love looking at the fish and the adoption pets in store.

I took my hound to petbarn, we went in and an assistant helped me buy the perfect coat for my dog. There is scheme where you get points with purchases, that are redeemable. Lots of choise in all products and their dry food section is excelent.

I have been in there twice this month, I found the customer service horrible and very slow to say the least. The short older woman who works there( no name tag) was absolutely so rude and sour both times I have been in there, I haven't received such rude service in quite sometime I won't be going back and will be using the local petquaters insted.

All your pet needs in one location. This store often has pets available for adoption, though not during COVID-19. Located in one of the many supercentres in the area, there is plenty of parking and everything is wheelchair accessible.

Went to buy a terrarium for my little gecko. When I asked if they had a certain tank and explained I had purchased the same tank at the Glendale store I was told " do we look like we're Glendale " then stormed off as though I had ruined her day. More than happy to say I won't be back.

Wonderful, I've reviewed over thousands of places and yet this has to be one of my favorites, most of the time it supplies my need for cat dog and other pets around the house as always the staff are joyful and bright and light up the room. The only reason this didn't get a 5 is because in the pandemic they have had the correct stock but im not blaming pet barn. I high recommend pet barn.
