I’m very disappointed in my Horrible experience today. And unfortunately Will not be back I was in there for over 2 hours the service was slow and unprofessional and it was freezing cold in there. I had to ask for my pedicure polish to be done again because it was lumpy and messy and due to you wanting to tear the place apart to replace the pedicure stations I was asked to walk over to the manicure stations bare foot in the middle of my toenails getting redone ... and then had to sit there whilst she was under the counter painting my toenails with my feet on the freezing tiles and then had to wait for the polish to dry whilst still on the tiles (very unpleasant and uncomfortable) it took over an hour to remove the sns off my finger nails and my nails are now crooked and uneven .. the shellac polish is very inconsistent and rough looking in which I’ll have to file back when I get home .. very disappointed for the i was just charged and I definately Do not recommend at all ... Getting pampered is supposed to be an enjoyable experience for some “me time” and it was very unprofessional to see the place being pulled apart around clients getting pampered ... Your staff need to be trained better because im very disappointed with the 80 dollars I just spent and will not get it back for the terrible job.

Me and my wife visited this salon in Rutherford , we would have to say they were great with their service and quality. We highly recommend them to everyone. Top job. Thanks again guys and will see you soon
