We were served by Jordon Ussher today his service and knowledge of Gaswelds products was out standing. we were able to get what we wanted with little to no effort.
Great selection ... helpful staff... Any idiot who thinks they can do better at Bunnings are misguided.. Industrial tools compared to handyman tools..

I only recently discovered this outlet. Yesterday I purchased a Stanley plane blade and set of UK Stanley chisels. During my three visits I was served by Adam and by Robert. My five star rating reflects the informed helpful service I received for my query about woodworking tools. Full marks to Gasweld Rutherford for exemplary customer service! I'll be back. I note the comments of another reviewer about the competitive prices of Bunnings. For the record, Bunnings do not currently stock the UK version of Stanley chisels at outlets near me. And I suggest that anyone seeking a specialist part (such as a Stanley cutting iron) might find this a challenging experience at the Big B. Indeed, the two teenage assistants at my local branch of Bunnings experienced great difficulty in answering my query about Philips head screw bits at 0800 hrs today! Mike
Don't bother with the loyalty card, I spent over 2000 3 months ago in the Rutherford store and was told I could redeem points in December, went there today to redeem point and they were already cancelled, definitely wont be going back there... ebay and bunnings all the way now....
Thought I was buying quality products and service. Product has not stood up, returned expensive drill for warranty action and was told they would print docket (which I have copy on phone). Rang back three weeks later to check where it was, told they knew nothing about it, then "oh, we have a drill here under the counter, but no docket etc" when I told him it was received by a staff member who said they would take care of receipt was told "we don't do that here" ?!? Contacting manufacturer regarding service of their high end product. Absolutely rubbish service, they shouldn't have accepted product and I would never have purchased there if I'd had any indication this is how they deal with aftersales.
