Recently, we tried to use our conditioner (not the heater installed by them) and it did not work (apparently both heating and cooling units are linked). Very pleased to say our dealings with Russell's Heating was a refreshing and satisfying experience We planned for the installation of a gas fired heater in our living room and spent considerable time doing our homework, which initially included visits and discussions with four providers. Just by chance we came across the name "Russell's Heating" and contacted Clint His advice and "no hard sell" encouraged us to visit the showroom in Upper Ferntree Gully - by the way the other four suppliers were more local to us, however the advice, cost and project planning was our priority We decided to proceed with Russell's after further discussion with Clint and meeting the owner Ewan - their quote was detailed and offered a complete package for supply, installation, commissioning and warranty. They committed to a quote which included project management, commencement date and with a planned one week completion Well, it did happen - we accepted the quote, agreed on a starting date, all contractor arrived on time, very competent and polite staff and finally commissioned on day seven as promised Great work by the builder/plasterer/painter, electrical contractor/TV and Foxtel connection/ and gas-fitter/installer/commissioner - the owner Ewan takes his commitment very seriously and has a personal interest through every step of the project A bit of advice that may help - when you do your sums on project managing the job yourself, including purchasing a gas heater, arranging the gas-fitter, builder, plasterer, electrical contractor, cabinet maker, installation of the gas heater and correct installation/ set-up, compliance certificates and commissioning, make sure you understand the total ramifications These include, co-ordination of separate contractors and timing on site, home insurance, correct commissioning, compliance certification and warranties Very comfortable in recommending Russell's to any prospective client Michael and Maggie Glen Iris

After Ewen the owner of the company coming out and inspecting our home and talking with us about what would be better suited in the way of upgrading heating in our home, we decided to go with ducted heating.
