5 star service all the way. Friendly and caring staff. The Optometrist was the best I have ever seen. She was so informative and explained everything so I could understand. Can't fault them in anyway. Also they use a high level of hygiene and safety standards during these Covid times.

I have found over multiple visits that the care and friendly attention paid to me was a credit to Lucy and her team's corporate client focus. My personal financial outlay was always considered and the least onerous option was invariably presented for my evaluation. I sincerely appreciated the friendly, professional interactions we shared and continue to share, which serve to put clients at ease and encourage them to continue the business relationship. Very friendly and professional. Lucy (optometrist) was very thorough during the eye exam and made sure I understood everything. Then both Lucy and Lisa (assistant) helped me select frames, and explained the costs and options.

I challenge you to find a better Optometrist in Brisbane! Grace and Vision have become an integral part of my family's health care. Both Lucy and Stephanie have treated my husband and my daughter with different concerns, including Behavioural Optometry and Visual Learning Assessments. We could not be more pleased with all of the personal advice and assistance they have provided. Not only are they thoroughly professional, meticulous in their work and have an eye for detail, but they are incredibly caring and friendly too. It truly does feel as though you and your needs are important and nothing is too much effort at all. I have already recommended Grace and Vision to a number of friends, family and colleagues, and will continue to do so in the future!
