I've tried nearly all the ramen restaurants in Brisbane and Genkotsu is still the best. The salt flavoured pork bone soup is well balanced and noodles have a nice texture to it. You can also top up your noodles for free if you can eat more noodles. Customer service is alright, they've added a touch screen ordering machine which is simple to use. I was only disappointed in the surcharge on card payment and that the prices for each bowl of ramen has gone up but I guess the cost of ingredients and labour have increased too.

Good tasting ramen, I ordered the spicy soup with salt flavour, the soup was spicy enough and yet not too oily or salty, well balanced indeed Friendly staff, great attention to detail, we brought our little daughter with us and the staff walked around the table to avoid serving hot ramen from her side Also actively asked if we needed a small bowl for her. Only downside was they weren’t able to provide a high chair for her.

Good shop who follows its authentic ramen way which is not compromised with Aussie taste much, which is good. Genkotsu is currently the best but real best one hasn't delivered to Brisbane yet, that's only the reason why one star taken away, but they're potential. Wish Genkotsu would deliver the best soon.

Ramen was one of the best I've had in Brisbane! Inside the restaurant is quite small with few tables but felt authentic and like we were in Japan. The staff were friendly.

Tiny ramen restaurant but big quality, I'm picky with ramen but this one specially here will be on my top 5. Full pretty quick, but so easy to order, quick service

Great soup base with rich and creamy after taste. The pork aroma is strong, adding to its richness. Eggs are saturated with soy flavor, well cooked. Pork slices are balanced in its meat ratio. Biggest plus is the unlimited noodles (please make sure you finish the extra noodles). Would highly recommend 8/10 P.S. Suggestion if ordering the extra meat, ask them not to blowtorch it (adds a bitter taste which really detracts from its flavor)
