Educated about rugs today. We arrived with a very specific rug in mind, hand woven Indian made rug 300cm x 400cm. Little did we realise, while these rugs are hand made in India, they are mostly made by children and elderly women. Not interested in supporting slave labour, we left with a beautiful contemporary rug made in Turkey which is stunning and has transformed our living room. Thank you!

Do not shop here!!! We went into this shop on the weekend to start looking for a couple of rugs and runners for our house. After being harassed and insulted by an aggressive elderly male, who appeared to be the owner, we ran out of the shop as quickly as possible!! This was the worst retail experience I have had!! We ended up getting exactly what we wanted from Ikea and online. The prices of the rugs were astronomical and the service was downright scary.

I walked into the store and the sales man immediately became extremely defensive about their prices and quality, when I didn't even question those things at all. I never even mentioned price, and it was all he wanted to talk about. I just wanted to find a product I like. It was almost comedic how sleazy his approach was.

Do not visit this shop unless you want the worst shopping experience of your life! The owner was arrogant, rude and very aggressive. Obviously has no idea what customer service is. Went to a different rug shop on Anzac Highway and found exactly what we wanted at an amazing price and the staff could not have been more helpful. Seriously Rugs 4 Less are anything but!

Huge range, but expensive. Item I wanted from here was 59per metre, got same item from same manufacturer at a carpet store for 29 per metre.

This place is amazing, i came in this morning the owner was amazing, great serivce and super honest. I asked for a rug and he helped me and he was so friendly. These days its hard to get a great service anywhere else, this place is the place to go, if you need rugs for festival events please head to this place. You'll be amazed. Thanks once again

If I could post zero stars I would. Salesman was extremely rude and offensive. Was in the shop less than 5 minutes, didn't even get to look at one rug. Couldn't get out of there fast enough!! HORRID SHOP
