I rented a washing machine and laptop 2 years ago. The washing machine works fine. However the laptop, I have not had in my possession for half of the time I've rented it. Its been replaced not once but twice! The "new" replacement that i have is "faster" than my old one. My old laptop being a gaming laptop. This new one is a not a gaming laptop has no gaming specs and freezes when I attempt to open said games. They refused me a cancellation while I waited 4 months for them to figure out what was wrong with my First replacement and get it back to me still broken, Two months for this second time around. Not good service. And the staff I deal with "if it turns on its good" did ya know?! If I could go back in time I would Kick my own butt for even considering this place.

The service from the team at R.T.Edwards Strathpine was exceptional for the second time in a row shopping there. Will definitely be recommending this store to anyone who is looking to deck their house out with whatever their preference may be. Absolutely top shelf professionalism and knowledge. Thankyou guys
Shame that I can't give -5. Went there to buy 800 system, there was non on display and they were too lazy to open the box and show me what it looks like. He told me straight that he doesn't want to open the box unless I agree to buy. I call this -5 star customer service. If their pre purchase customer service is like that, I don't want to see after purchase service.
DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT. These people are snakes. My partner has just rented a MacBook Pro from Ben at Strathpine. I get home to see a contract where he is paying roughly 8900 for a 2300 laptop. My partner told me that Ben did not explain anything to him other than what he was paying weekly. Ben did not tell him that if he wants to end the contract he would have to pay 80% of the contract to opt out. Ben did not explain anything about the contract he just told my partner where to sign. Ben also made him buy extras which Ben told my partner he HAD to take. When I called Ben, he told me that it wasn’t a necessary extra, so he lied to my partner to make extra money. Ben’s response to this was basically “well he signed the contract.” They don’t care, once that contract is signed, they are laughing. We have called complaints and even complaints department has said that a lot people have the same issue with rtedwards, they said it’s ridiculous that they have slipped through the cracks and haven’t gone out of business like radio rentals. Ben completely lacks basic customer service skills, to be in a customer service role. I don’t understand how some people get through hiring processes.

I'm renting an Acer all-in-one through these guys, and I've been having issues. Long story short, the last time it was repaired, Acer forget to send back the power supply with the computer. An RT Edwards staff member after finding out what happened offered to drop one to my house on his own time. Although I have issue with the product (not RT Edwards fault), the customer service is outstanding. Well done.
Hands down the best service i have had. . Got the wrong coffie tabel they fixed it quickly and promised next day delivery with also fixing it up. I have to say was amazed at the high quality of service . I will defently be shopping here for more of my house hold furniture.
Absolute rip off. Sign up for 12 months, end up on 36 months and no way to exit the agreement without paying 3600 for a laptop worth 800. Extremely rude customer service, threats for repossession after missing a payment by 8 days. Absolutely do not Shop here
