Absolutely terrible. My dog was admitted to have a growth removed from his back leg and third eyelid. Dr Lynda Shaw who is the Veterinary Superintendent at this clinic, operated on the wrong part of my dogs leg failing to remove the questionable growth and instead removed perfectly healthy tissue. She offered to operate again to remove the growth for free which I refused as I nolonger had any faith in her abilities. I requested a refund instead as I was going to need to pay another vet to fix her mistake. I was refunded a fraction of the cost of the surgery because there was no issue with the eye surgery. She then emailed me after hours when the pathology results arrived to tell me my dog had cancer and would need further surgery and may lose his eye, leaving me with no avenue to ask questions and a very sleepless night. When I took my dog to his new vet it became apparent that appropriate margins had not been taken on my dogs eyelid growth and that he did not have to lose an eye at all but only the eyelid. The new vet completed revision surgery of the eye and removed the growth from his leg for over 400 less than the RSPCA charged for the orginal procedure. I fully believe that the RSPCA is a wonderful organisation doing great work but I would not recommend this clinic for veterinary care.

Great staff, very friendly and thorough. You need to book in advance as they get extremely busy. Sometimes there is a long wait before you see the vet but the service and attention to detail is worth it. Well priced.
Where are the photos of animals picked up so I know if he's been picked up?
THE BEST VET HOSPITAL IN SYDNEY HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE GO HERE! SO MANY BAD VETS AROUND MY AREA SO I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN. I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL SO MUCH THEY SAVED MY CAT.

I am exceptionally happy. They have excellent service, staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. They took great care of my boy when he had surgery. Pricing is fantastic. Overall I wouldn't go anywhere else.
