Beautiful people doing amazing work. Have been a foster carer since 2019 and couldn’t recommend it enough. An experience that is life changing for so many animals and personally for our family. The vets take excellent care of the animals. The staff communication and coordination is fabulous.

A big thanks to Dr Yan & Dr Supanee and the team at RSPCA Burwood for taking such good care of our fur baby Nadi, who required emergency surgery today after being attacked by another dog on her morning walk. We are so grateful for everything you have done for us! Thanks again

The place is absolutely wonderful, staff not only care for the pets but the parents as well. Special mention to Dr. Leticia and the nurses Lucy, Lara, summer, Irene, Rhiannon. Gave my baby all the love in the world when she was fighting cancer, I knew she was loved even when I couldn't be there during surgery and procedures due to covid. The amount of welfare calls I got after she passed away and the hand made/written cards with the perfect words and photos attached that even I hadn't seen, made me feel blessed when I was grieving. Choosing RSPCA burwood for my baby's welfare in her 10 years she lived was the best decision.

Was sent an email about a free first aid/ emergency kit for my dog. Got a call from the RSPCA confirming my address and name which was fine until the lady asked me questions about puppy mills then proceeded to ask for me to pay 10 a week for a subscription. I was emailed about a kit not about money?? Where is the genuine care for animals these days because it definitely in the RSPCA. What a shame that the RSPCA is all about money that does not even go to the animals these days. So disappointed!!!!!!

Sent adoption application half a month ago through their designated online form, no reply even after two calls and two emails inquiring for updates. Was informed that they aim to reply within 48 hours and I should apply again. I have applied for more than once before today, and still I'm only getting emails that the cats I intended to adopt are already adopted. Though I understand it's time-consuming, I only wish they'd let me know why I was not eligible for adopting instead of ignoring, so I could seek other methods.

they are fantastic in *every way other than their volunteering rules. I have a special needs daughter that wanted to come down and help with brushing and walking some dogs only to be told that you have to be a volunteer 1st and go through both a written submission and interview. I was told a lot of people don't apply to volunteer due to most of it being cleaning cages and this is what I was also told from the main number. I said my daughter can walk a dog around a short distance and groom the dogs, but she has physical disabilities and cannot clean cages. I was told because she can't clean cages she misses out. I was told that there isn't any one person in charge of volunteers, that it's which ever volunteer answers the email. I asked if she could give me a name of someone and she said no. I think it's a sad day when a person who has special needs, is refused the opportunity to volunteer to help in the best/only ways she can! She loves animals and they love her. It would have greatly benefited both the dogs, my daughter and future adoptees as they would of been getting the extra tlc. It makes no sense to me. \\_(ツ)_/

Really friendly and helpful staff. They seem to really care about the animals and are happy to help however they can to support owners to give pets their best life
