They provided shipping containers when they said they would, and the quality is good. The price is about average in the industry. Their drivers are skilled in placing containers exactly where needed. However, they overcharged us for several months for one container. When I brought this to their attention they acknowledged it, and said they'd process a refund. Each week the refund has not appeared. When I speak to them, they always have excuses. I am not hopeful I'll ever see my money back (I'll update this review if I do). Update: in October (8 months after the issue), I was contacted by someone in the accounts department, and they sorted it out.

Royal Wolf were amazing with their very helpful customer service in making the booking and discussing our needs regarding the delivery as well as the payment of the container hire and onsite storage.This involved several conversations over the phone as well as attending their onsite storage at Clayton. Matthew was very patient with his attentive service as well as being very cheerful and both he and John answered our queries in a very clear and informative way. Both guys were very friendly and helpful. They were outstanding with the personalised assistance they gave us. It is rare to find this level of service in today's modern business world. I thoroughly recommend Royal Wolf at Clayton.
Couldn't be happier. After being scammed by another supplier, dealing with the guys at Royal Wolf was a dream . Great admin, sensational delivery driver and a good, solid container. Don't waste your time elsewhere, these guys were great!
