Not enough night nurses. But all very attentive. Great meals, when you not on pureed, or clear meals. Should be 3 beds only and women and man separate . Not enough beds for the raising population

I'd like to thank the caring staff at the hospital for helping out when we were in a stressful situation with our toddler. They saved us 400 when they could have easily not cared about the extra expense. They took time out of their busy schedule to help us out when they really didn't need to. It happened on 01 March 2021 around 1:40AM. Again, thank you so much ladies. May God Bless You All

What an amazing experience. The staff were just so wonderful. The nurses and Drs were so kind and tentative. They do such an amazing job and I had to post about it. Keep up the good work it is very much appreciated

Ivan in Emergency on Friday 5 February should win an award for the level of care provided. Coming through emergency during COVID is hard but she made me feel genuinely safe and ensured I got the best care possible. I would love to be in contact with her so I can let her know this praise myself!

I presented with chest pain& they quickly did my paper work & sent me in for tests straight away! I was kept in over night for a stress test as my tests came back clear but due to my age if 54 all chest pain is taken seriously! I'm very happy with the way they treated me!

As someone else said in an earlier review, nobody likes Emergency Departments. I have to say I was very disappointed with the care received. I realise resources are tight, but after spending nearly four hours supporting my partner, it was seriously a waste of time! They could not offer an MRI (as suggested by GP and ER doctor) on the day or another day, as my partner did not have "a brain tumor" -words actually used. Nothing was offered except for more pain killers. My partner's GP advised we go to the emergency department as my partner's condition was worsening and he had been on some serious pain killers for two and a half weeks. The last time we visited the emergency department my partner got told to take antibiotics as he appeared to have tonsillitis, he had a lump the size of a small egg on the side of his neck. It was actually an advanced tonsil cancer. Good one! I also witnessed another patient treated horribly. The patient appeared to have mental health issues and refused to cooperate with clinicians and do a blood test. The patient was in no way acting aggressively towards themselves or others around them- although she did swear after being harassed by clinicians and security. I watched 4 security guards, physically detain the patient (young female of small stature)...then watched three to four medical staff surround the patient. What a waste of resources- this could have been better managed avoiding further trauma to the patient and using fewer resources! M

I WAITED 4.5 HOURS!! In serious pain. It was honestly a terrible experience. After waiting all that time they said it hey can’t help. I don’t feel like I was taken seriously at all - and I’m still in so much pain and don’t know what to do. Such a waste of my day for nothing. They don’t care. I was forgotten about.
