16 for an 'engraved name' and the quality of the engraving is, to say the most kind thing "amateur" , I could have done the same with a drill bit and a 20c aluminium disc from bunnings - the gentlemen appears to have little training or experience engraving. - I suggest you avoid this place for any engraving needs based on our experience, this is not engraving, it's etching letters in...and not that well.

I wouldn't want to give a star for this store. I first change my battery in the afternoon around 1, and I go home tested it, not working. Come back at 4, tell him it is not working, and asking for a change of batter, he changed and wanted another 20 dollar, and accuse me of taking different keys to replace battery. And when I request for my old Battery, he pick up one from a random place. And then he kept saying he is busy, and he doesn't want to deal with me, and caused a small damage to the external surface of the remote Also, in the afternoon, I wanted to give the remote only, he took my whole wallet attached to the key, and said, you should have detached them before you coming into the store. Very dismissed and disappointing owner.
I will never ever return to this store for service in my life after having a disgraceful encounter with the supposed 'boss' of the store last week. Not only was this woman extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to the customer in refusing to help fix or replace a necklace she destroyed with engraving - neglecting to tell me she was not an engraver at the time of purchase, and still proceeded to engrave and ruin the necklace - BUT, she further spoke to a friend and I in the most disrespectful tone, laughing in my face and i have never felt so disregarded by a supposed 'boss' of a store. The end product was unbelievable and if it weren't for the mature man she had working in the store who sorted the issue out as best as he could while she continued to tell other customers about us while we sat outside, i don't know what we would have done. I will be taking the matter further but as a heads up to all of those in the Rowvile area, not to use this store for ANY engraving what so ever, if you don't want your product ruined and refused a refund or any attempt to fix or mend the destroyed material.
I have been using these guys for years always reliable service, knowledge and information provided at a reasonable price with fantastic service. Bought in my citizen watch with a broken band, unsure on the damage they asked to have 20 minutes to repair. Came back to my watch looking brandnew. Absolutely stoked and happy enough to write this review. Id happily put my money on recomending this great small business
This is the worst shop that I have encountered in Australia. What a rude owner! You don’t have to be rude to customer who has a good intention to support local business. After this incident, never again I will return to your shop.
Cut my key with no dramas and pleasent service. Check the prices elsewhere you might find cheaper but I guess 9 is standard these days. Support your local business!
