Sick and tired of the Herald-Sun not being delivered at a reasonable time. This morning (Tuesday 22 Sept) the paper has just arrived, the time being 10.30am. I don't know whether you realise it, or even care, that the two households in our section of Acacia Avenue, Upwey, are occupied by elderly people who are unable to get to the shop as we are locked down during this time. Hopefully you will be able to rectify this problem before too long.
