Dale was very helpful and honest in his assessment of bathroom renovation work which we were concerned about. He was able to check workmanship and explain what was acceptable and what would be considered a "defect" in a court of law. We also found Inspect It First more affordable than other inspectors who charge thousands for a written report. We paid for a verbal inspection/opinion only at a reasonable fee with the option to pay more should we need a written report for Fair Trading/Court. We are very pleased with the service we received from Dale Kennedy and would recommend him to others in a similar situation.
