helpful staff (was my first time), easy to park (we left on a 9am ferry), easy access to the ferry, and good coffee available beside the ticket counter.

Great and friendly staff! Consistent and frequent boats to and from Rottnest island. Boats are clean and air conditioned with comfortable seats and good views. However some things to denote - The company likes to fully book the boats so I recommend trying to line up early to get seats with your group. Also try and get seats on the middle and upper levels of the boat as being down on the bottom can accelerate motion sickness, even though it is only a 30 min ride from Fremantle. Overall a great service and great company. Would highly recommend to travellers going to Rottnest island.

Punctual ferry service with professional, yet friendly staff! The ride back in the afternoons can be a bit rough so probably best to sit on the top deck in the middle. The staff were extremely professional and kind with dealing with a seasickness situation- thank you for this!!

Horrible customer service with this ferry today. After two calls and total 40 minutes waiting time on the phone to change the booking, while I wanted to confirm that the changes were made to all my family, the lady on the phone just so impatiently to say “bye bye” and quickly hanged up the phone like I would pass COVID-19 to her, which I don’t have any. I would NOT recommend this ferry to anyone and suggest people to try other ferries instead.

Massive thumbs up to the crews today. My son and I caught the 0730 to Rotto, hassel free. Our return ferry was booked for 1700. We were ready early, and jumping on the 1630 was not an issue. However, there were hassles with the steering gear, causing us to sit at the wharf for some time. Although frustrating, regular updates were given by captain/crew as to what was happening. When I went to purchase some snacks, I was not charged. Eventually, plan B was put in place with a replacement ferry due to collect us at 1845. After speaking to staff regarding my situation, my son and I were put straight onto the Eco Express. (What an awesome experience). Massive thank you to all crews involved at making a frustrating situation, easy to handle. Problems occur but this was very well handled. Well done guys.

Really great service, however it was chaotic at Rottnest coming back. People pushing in at the front of line was poor form. Should implement some more fencing and show which boat is where from the beginning of the jetty.

Clean and air-conditioned ferry rides for a decent price. Make sure you sit on the upper deck in the middle seats to avoid motion sickness! Offers bike and snorkeling equipment hire as well, which is convenient. Would have given 5 stars if the staff acted more professional. Departure was delayed because some of the younger staff were fooling around with unloading the bikes and luggage... Also witnessed luggages being tossed carelessly onto carriers like trash. A little more respect would be nice!
