Our black windows and doors arrived with enormous gray plastic locks and handles, some were even put on backwards. After complaining for 4 months, they still refuse to come out and fix their mistake. It took a window falling on my daughter’s hand (and 3 months of complaints) for them to finally come and do the necessary safety adjustments, so I’m guessing fixing a cosmetic mistake is out of the question. I’m an interior designer and I’ll definitely be warning my clients in the future to stay far away from Wideline.

Ben the sales rep from Liverpool is doing the best he can, but this ship is sinking fast. Terribly run company. Wont use them again.

Ben from Wideline Liverpool was great and knowledgeable when I went into their showroom so no issues there. The windows that came was fine, but they can improve on their after sales service. One of my fly screens isn't correctly sized and they sent someone out to have a look but that took weeks of chasing up. He tried to convince me that it was fine, but there is still a gap at the top between the flyscreen and window which I'm getting addressed. Hopefully the new flyscreen will fit more correctly when it arrives.

I have been waiting for 3 months for my window work to be completed by Wideline. My fly screens have arrived incorrectly sized 2 times now, and I have been waiting on the third attempt to arrive since June. My new windows are also not sealed correctly which has resulted in considerable water leakage into my newly renovate home. I have been lied to, failed to have calls returned and still have not had this issue resolved. For a business offering a 7 year guarantee, I question whether that means you wait 7 years for delivery of what you paid for! Disgusted.

Firstly Ben Miles from the Liverpool office was so incredibly helpful, knowledgable and attentive 5 stars to him for customer service! Our custom made window is beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for, yes there was a problem with the inital delivery but Ben sorted it out and the second delivery brought us the perfect window! So very pleased.
