Found the company to be very easy to deal with Free returns are a plus as it’s hard to get the right size every time Very quick to answer emails The only disappointment was that one pair of shoes became unavailable after we had confirmation Of our purchase and had paid But I’m thinking that’s just a sign of the times with more online sales happening Very good quality shoes

OMG!!! Vivaz dance shoes are absolutely the best shoes I have ever worn! They are so well made I have never had a problem with sizing (definitely get 1/2 size smaller) The first pair I got which have done at least 200hrs dancing have stretched but I still wear them as street shoes when going out I recommend purchasing the heel protectors , prevents heels getting caught in cracks and preserves the heel itself. Congrats Vivaz !!!!
