I ordered Champagne online to be sent interstate as a wedding gift and mistakenly sent the order to a local default address. I would own that mistake had I not been in touch minutes after to adjust the delivery address and Hazel a rep assured me it was doable. The product arrived to my default address regardless of her assurances it would not and was adjusted no fuss to the intended address. Told the order reached the warehouse to be transported, and so not possible I received notification a day later the order was processed so that doesn't make sense. I received at a push a 10 rebate on my next 200 order. That can sit in cyberspace I wont be re using the service and I use that term VERY loosely.

Bought two packs of Leffe during sale for 64.99 each on 17 Nov. I received them 10 days after (not bad delivery). After 7 days I asked for an update and quickly got a response to my request. I also had a misunderstanding, they quickly solved it! VERY happy with the customer service, it seems they truly care about their customers. Will buy again from them.
Highly recommend Hellodrinks. Very happy with the service. I got 2 cases of beer, free delivery, cheaper than my local liquor store. Happy days!
Happily took our money, but delivered our order. Claimed they were looking into it but never heard anything. Now completely ignoring me. Numerous requests for a refund but they continue to ignore me or provide a refund. DO NOT use this service they will take your money and not deliver. Disgraceful behaviour, absolute crooks.
Super easy to order on their website and very fast delivery. The bottles were packed really well with no chance of breakage. I bought 2 bottles of their limited edition baileys and the price was competitive - so overall very happy with product and service.
Choice of products is fairly extensive. The scotch whiskey I have bought my dad for years isn’t available (Grants). Also, transport company should be one that services all of Australia, Fastway Couriers don’t unfortunately. I had to have my orders delivered to my daughter in a different town.
Having first leaving a bad review after my first experience, it's time to review. I decided to give Hellodrinks another chance, and they did not disappoint. Non-existant customer service. I requested that an order be cancelled before shipping, yet the goods shipped anyway. Live Chat is disabled, emails aren't responded to. Frustrating beyond belief. Edit: in response to the below reply. I also ordered out of hours, and attempted to cancel less that 15 minutes later. Emails were sent after the order and prior to dispatch. Also, delivery took 3 business days, 5 overall including the weekend.
