We organised a Zoom brownie baking session with Anneka for our work team as we are in Stage 4 so everyone is working from home and it was so much fun! Our whole team got into it, there was lots of laughter and Anneka was an amazing teacher - answered all our questions and helped each of us along the way. Plus now we all have these awesome delicious brownies. Everyone on our team would highly recommend :)

I had previously done the BakeClub's 6 month course and I've recently completed a 2 hour course on 'vanilla' and was surprised by how much there is to learn. Great suggestions on how to use vanilla in vinaigrettes, breakfast cereals, custards, infusing fruit and of course cakes. The course was well put together and well presented. I highly recommend this course as I do the 6 month baking course.
