I love baseball so was super excited to visit Sydney Blue Sox stadium and see the team play. The stadium is smaller than the ballparks in the USA and the players are really up close, it’s great. We opted for the bleacher seats by first base next to the home team dugout - it was great. There aren’t a lot of bleachers so if you don’t get there early, bring some food up chairs. There are a few free onsite parking options as well, some right next to the stadium entrance and some just a short walk - about a couple of hundred metres. Food and beverages are available onsite - the usual game food, hot dogs, chips etc. it’s also okay to bring your own snacks and drinks. Tickets prices are reasonable as well from 10-45. The only negative is some fencing barriers that were pushed up against the dugout that blocked the view from certain seats. Looking forward to going again ️

Ample parking. Easy to get to - not far from the M7 motorway, smack bang on the outskirts of Rooty Hill. Well laid out, friendly/helpful staff. We went for the baseball (they do other sports, apparently) and sat in a tiny but well appointed stadium. Had all the features of a proper ball park - such as Yankee Stadium just a lot, lot smaller. Still wiener dogs and hot dogs were on sale and ice cream vendors sold sweetness and sass. Of course there's overpriced but irresistible merchandise available in a happy school demountable style atmosphere. I mean how many baseball caps can a person own? Better yet, how many such caps can one team even have? I haven't seen a blue Sox bling bling hat yet but give it time and the kitsch will arrive. They don't have beer wenches running up and down the stadium stairs such as they might in Tokyo although I'm pretty confident such a service would raise the ire of many a Sydney feminist and, begrudgingly, also me - look it was only one beer and SHE smiled at ME! Still it's one, two, three strikes of out and out American baseball goodness with a touch of Japanese and Korean super fandom that makes a day at the ball park such a wonderful experience.. Such a fine sport, such a fine venue. Top place for a family day out. Did I mention the parking?

Great day out at the baseball. Cheap tickets,,great seating, free parking and good food. Highly recommended afternoon or evening out. If you have never been or or seen live baseball, you really should get out to a game during the season.
