Excellent service from the guys in store, Mark, Tracey and Ollie.. It's unfortunate that it only takes one to let it all down. Worst customer service ever experienced by Steve Ballinger... no communication, found my dealing with him very deceitful. Best suggestion deal with the people in store and not online, and never deal with Steve

Have to be the worst after sales service I’ve experienced,I have a 2014 forward fold curser & after having it serviced at my local caravan & camper workshops before the summer my mechanic noticed that the trailing arm suspension on the driver side has a bend in it,he’s then put levels & rulers on it & taking photos of it, he’s said there’s no way that I could have been bent from normal towing & put it down to a manufacturing fault. He’s then email mdc in Melbourne with photos & his opinion to witch he had no response, I’ve also in the past 2 weeks been in touch with mdc twice in regards to a leaking water connector & twice I’ve been told they will get back to be ASAP & im still waiting.

Avoid this company. The lack of quality and 'Quality Assurance' becomes apparent rather quickly after delivery. Main electrical connections to one of the batteries was loose. Sheet metal inside is poorly secured and in some places no sealant has been used resulting in sheet metal vibrating. Organising a warranty claim is a pain, once dropped off for warranty repair expect it to take ten times longer than they state. Things are breaking all over the vehicle 12 months on.

I have to agree with other reviews about MDC's customer service, It is shocking. We wanted to buy a caravan and pay cash for it. When asked how long for delivery, we were told about two weeks, this is also stated on their website in a number of locations, but because of Covid there would be a slight delay. Nearly two months later still no van just a revolving door of possible dates. Now, a interesting note about the business model, you have to pay 50% of the total within 7 days of ordering (which could be 30K or more depending on the model) and yet they have no clear policy about confirmed delivery date. They also state in their T/C that if you cancel the order you forfeit any deposit paid. So if they don't deliver the goods within a reasonable time and you decide you want to cancel for non delivery of goods they keep your deposit? I also find it interesting that on their invoice they clearly state that **Important Information Below** Please Note: Pickup Dates are strictly enforced. 50.00 per Day storage fees apply after the stated Pickup Date. If you need to delay your pickup date, please notify MDC 2 Weeks in advance of Pickup and above fees will not apply. But they won't give you a pickup date as to when delivery will happen so how do you notify them 2 weeks in advance. They are holding all the cards! I can't comment on the quality of their products because we haven't got our van yet, just hollow words of when they think it will be ready and even than I have to chase them for a answer.

Worst customers seevice i ever experienced. Sales person Michael was rude, incompetent clearly not interested in providing us the correct information to buy the right caravan i made the decision not to buy one of their caravans based on my experience at the rocklea store. He was more interested in insulting the cabulture store staff whom in my opinion was far more helpfull to us dont shop here

We were in the market for a new camper trailer and stopped in just about everywhere. Without a doubt MDC has the worst service of all. Did not want to know us, could not come up with a solution for us to view the camper we were interested in. We even left our details to arrange a viewing and never heard back. We ended up buying from Mars Campers (polar opposite). Don't waste your time at MDC.
