Disgusting service..i would avoid this place at all costs. In the MIDDLE of serving us, you set us aside when another customer came in and proceeded to serve him. You WERE serving us.... that in itself is rude. No apology, nothing. And as far as any other establishment. if you bring something in with a fault and it is in warranty date, USUALLY, it is just replaced... you are not sent away with a quick fix, that is not fixed, and then tell us you cant exchange it as it is out of warranty.... All we wanted was a replacement battery, but NOOOOOO, that was just too hard.

I have a dead battery after a couple of months working from home. Call Battery World at Rocklea and Mathew came after only 45 mins to replace with a new one. No call out fee, just pay for the new battery. Mathew also checked the voltage so make sure that nothing else is wrong. Friendly, professional staff. Highly recommended!

RACQ wanted membership fee and quoted more than Battery World for a battery plus fitting. These guys said fitting was included in the price which was cheaper than RACQ with a great warranty and didn't charge me a call out. Fantastic service and even checked my altinator while he was here. Saved money and found a fantastic store.
