We had a unit built by Bajir and have had constent problems and mechanical issues with it. The support team need to work on their customer service skills. Ie freezer unit broke down near biloela and when i asked for advice for a repairer was told your on your own. Found a repairer in rocky and it turned out he does some servicing for Bajair. Overall a poor product that has required a ton of money to fix and keep running.
Great value & Service. From New installs to repairs & matenence. Bajair has always been there for us Due to this, I would highly recomend Bajair to All.
They are on the higher side of price but can confirm that they are wonderful to deal with a large knowledge base to back them up. Highly recomend for your refridgerated transport needs.
We have been using Bajair for the last 13 years. i would like to thank Brett and his team for all there great work on the many bodies and fridge units, still going strong and will probably out live me.
Our business EFI Distributors, has been dealing with Brett since 1998. We operated small trucks with off-engine drive and electric standby. In 1998 He operated as a one person business and drove a mobile workshop. A dilapidated Dyna. He, Vicki and family have grown their business to where it is now through hard work and integrity. Based on my observation of response times and outcomes of work done for us, I have always maintained a very high regard for their work ethic, honesty and ability in their field. We used them exclusively over that long period. I highly recommend Brett, Vicki and the BAJ team.
