These people only care about making money for themselves. Noone once here made me feel like I had support of an actual human being, it may be just a place full of robots who will try force things that no interest to you for the sake of saving their own skin and then berate you for asking questions. If you're looking for help from human beings, this isn't it.

Now I have been on their books for 9/10 months . I have been lied to when asking for courses to improve my chance for full time employment not once but twice now. I think I will be changing for help. I have done a few shut downs etc but I need and want full time work. Seems like they don’t want to really help me, but just using me for their numbers.

More than half a year of being with this agency and have absolutely nothing to show for it other than resentment of the fact tax payers dollars goes into the undeserving wallets of these people. The staff are condescending and rude but it's their incompetence that makes them truly insufferable. If you want help with getting employment or even employment advice, I recommend looking literally anywhere else.

They are only interested in making money from the government not interested in the needs of the people they supposed to help. Supervisor very threatening and rude, my wife and I have transferred to a different Jobactive provider.

What an absolute joke of a place. I'm not sure what they even do in this office. They don't help you to look for a job then when you get your own job they keep hounding you to come to an appointment even though you are working. Centre link, do the tax payers a service and get rid of this so called employment agency. They are ripping us all off. Maybe if they had appropriate staff their office might run better. If I could have given no stars I would have. Absolute joke!
