didn't receive much assistance to what i needed. The lady couldn't keep up with time that we agreed on instead i had to drive to the store twice. They have very expensive prices.

I tried on my dress the day before my event and I accidentally ripped the stitching on the zip - I rang Bush buddies to see if they could repair it for me and they said to bring it in and she would see if she could fit it it - she ended up doing the repair straight away!

I took my wedding dress to Bush buddies to have a few things done to it. I went to go and pick it up the day before my wedding! To have it still pinned where the corset was going in. To be asked when my wedding was again?? They had my dress since March.. Everytime I look at the dress now, I find more and more things wrong with it. Needless to say I ended up having to purchase a brand new dress the morning of my wedding!! Because this business ruined my original gown. I do not recommend this business to any looking for alterations. Especially if your getting your wedding gown alterations done! Please don’t put your self in my shoes and go threw what I had too. Just do your self and your dress a favour don’t take it here!!

Took dress in to get it hemmed was quoted 55. Picked it up and it's material that doesn't need hemming, was still charged 55 just to cut the dress, was told it takes same time to cut the dress as to cut and hem it. I'm sorry but that does not make practical sense. It must take at least an amount more time to fold over pin and sew a hem on the whole bottom of the dress you just cut. My mother has always sewn and I took sewing classes in school, I'm no where near a pro but I'm not an idiot. Also I posted this review on their Facebook page... They deleted it and then also removed their review section. Not impressed. Very unprofessional.

My wedding dress needed several alterations. She told me she would need it until the Friday before my Saturday wedding. When I came to pick it up, after she pulled the wrong dress then couldn't find mine, I realise only 1 cosmetic change had been made, the fit was still wrong and the clips had not been fixed. So thats how it had to be worn for my big day. If she was too busy to do a proper job, she should not have taken it on. Very unprofessional and unorganises shop.
