We participate in the blue bin program. Every time we book a pick up it has come on time. When they cannot come, we are advised in timely manner. Few times when I have had to contact office, very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff are friendly and power through the qué as fast as they can. 4 deposit counters and a separate counter to pick up your cash great system. It can be noisy and high traffic so probably leave kids in the car, clean for what it is though

We have been a customer of this company since they started the Blue Bin service. Over the past 6months they never come on the day they say, with excuse after excuse. After bins are collected eventually 10days later we are then chasing the deposit into the account. Prior to Adrian leaving the company was run like clock work. Now its a nightmare
It's a great service, the people there are helpful and friendly. You get cash on the spot. The process the containers. A lot quicker that Return and Earn machines. Sometimes, getting parking can be hard.
