I was advised to go here instead of Bunnings for some bolts for my tow bar and I'm glad I did. Very helpful and friendly service from these guys, I doubt that the guys in Bunnings would have the same knowledge! Got what I needed for a very reasonable price.
Went to two other places. One was the prominent hardware store in Australia. No idea what I wanted. The gentleman who served me, John, is a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful man. Yes I found the U nuts I wanted and so much more. Great business!

Couldn't find a screw for my toilet roll holder at bunnings so they sent me around the corner to Rageems. Very lovely man spent time and tried a bunch of screws to find one that would work and gave me an extra just in case. Very friendly!
