Very happy with Franklyn Blinds from the beginning consult with Tracy. Franklyn Blinds were very accommodating with my delays due to issues with a bathroom reno and suggested ways to assist with payment etc in the meantime. Installer Bob was great, on time, courteous and Covid mask safe! The blinds look great. Happy with pricing and product. Highly recommend using these guys!

Really average, from unfriendly reception, rushed non personalised service inside showroom, deposit got lost for a bit, they cancelled on me to do a job i had taken time off work for due to installers car break down then the second attempt to install the sizing was made incorrect and the bloke didn't clean up leaving me to carry old blinds down stairs pregnant and left small bits and peices laying around. He admitted the block out blinds that he did install were tight fit and going to be prone to damage from the string you pull which just dangles - they didn't install the bits that secure it to the wall. Also they left plastic wares in wall from old blinds... a joke really.
Recently got the crimsafe and shutters installed in our newly built house. The shutters has added the elegance to our beautiful ensuite and bathroom. Nicely finished and fitted. The whole family is loving it.
Came out to fix my screen door quickly and without issue even though I purchased it a few years ago. Very professional highly recommended
Franklyn Blinds installed a large Zipscreen blind and 5 Multi-stop Channel blinds in our outdoor area today. It's fair to say that we are absolutely delighted with the result. Both Franklyn representatives (Gillian and Adam) were highly professional and looked after all of our needs.
We were very disappointed with the installer and lodged a complaint. It was acknowledged and passed over to the Installation Manager. Three days later they've never called back. I was also disappointed to be charged to 'dispose' of two roller blind tracks only to have the installer bring them back 2 weeks later and dump them on my floor saying they were sent back to us. I like to support local but I regret choosing Franklyn Blinds and will take my business elsewhere next time.
