Run by angry people who don't fix warrantee breaks. Go to the other store at the town center they are MUCH nicer.

Had the most pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was most helpful and friendly. The optometrist was exceptionally skilled and provided me with the best service I have ever had. The optimist ithen spoke to one of his team who helped me find glasses that suited my face. Such a wonderful experience to have a creative minded person take an interest in what I wanted. Highly recommend Robina spec savers.

Initial service great. Went in on saturday week ago young man said come back after tuesday. Made a purpose trip back the following saturday to be told the prescription was not in we should have waited for a txt (was not told this). This is the second time I've had my time wasted by spec savers. How hard is it to do your job correctly, all you do is retail it's not that hard

Terrible service, rude young girl on the front desk. Was told to sit down, sat there for half hour, no one came up to me, when I told them I had to leave because I had to be somewhere a staff member said “oh, we didn’t realise you were waiting”. That’s just not good enough. Use an iPad or something for bookings so people don’t get so easily forgotten about. Went to Specsavers in Elanora, much better staff there, highly recommend.

I have purchased glasses from Specsavers that have improved my eyesight. They were expensive, but it was worth it. I use them for reading, and I now can see the ink more clearly. I think that Specsavers is a store with great glasses.
