From reception to consult, staff were very welcoming, and professional. They were incredibly thorough and a biopsy was taken of a suspicious mole previously dismissed. I would highly recommend this skin clinic.

Really impressed with the professionalism and prompt service at the Robina Skin Clinic. Dr Venu Kondamudi is very thorough with great clinical skills. The consult was followed up by a call to relay the biopsy results and hence a close loop communication. Easy approach with good parking. Very professional staff. . I will highly recommend Robina Skin Clinic.

My experience with Skin Clinic Robina was really bad. My GP told me I had a sun spot that is not cancerous, but recommended me to get some cosmetic treatment options through Skin Clinic Robina. I called Skin Clinic Robina and spoke with the receptionist about my situation and she booked me in for a free consultation. When I arrived the clinic a few days later, the nurse appeared to be in a hurry as I repeated my situation. However, she hastily said she couldn't help me and will go get the the doctor to talk to me. When the doctor arrived, he informed me about all the different treatment options. As the consultation ended, they proceeded to charge me 100 for what was supposed to be a free consultation. When I spoke to the receptionist she “explained” that because the nurse couldn't help me the doctor had to see me and that's why they charged me the fee. However, the nurse was capable of telling me about the treatment options and the doctor didn’t need to see me. In the end, I am stuck with the fee which made me very upset because they should of informed the customer at any point when a FREE consultation becomes an actual doctor’s appointment, which is not what I signed up for.
