I have been going here for years and have never felt more comfortable or welcome when dealing with my glasses! The staff always do whatever they can to accomodate my needs including most recently me trying contacts for the first time and making the entire experience so easy!!! Highly recommend to anyone who needs glasses or contacts!
I have been going to Andrew for years. He is without a doubt the best optical expert around with the latest equipment and techniques. My parents and daughter have been to him as well. Will not go to anyone else.

Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. A few times I have been in there no one has come out from the desk to serve me instead they just sit there typing away on there computer like there too busy to give good service. Also you are made to feel like you are stupid for asking questions in there. Don’t know how they actually run a business to be honest. A few girls from my work have had the same issue and we have lots of customers who we will be telling them not to go there!
