Just had a 60 minute massage with Fabio - he is absolutely incredible!! With a background in physio he is super knowledgeable and really knows how to target the problem areas. He has a very professional approach and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Mel was able to book me in very last minute with a super easy booking process. I’ve booked the longer session for my next one, can’t wait!!

What an amazing experience! We had two massages from Winnie a remedial and an M1 Lymphatic drain and they were both heavenly. Winnie was so lovely and profession and honestly they were two of the best massages we’ve ever had. We were well and truly relaxed for the entire next day. Would definitely rebook and couldn’t recommend Winnie any higher! :)

This is the best massage I have ever had. I booked at last minute after reading all the rave reviews – and it certainly lived up to the hype. Celia, my masseuse, was just fantastic. Her massage was the perfect mix of relaxation, restoration, but also working deeply on the areas I specified needed particular work to relieve pain and tension. She worked on those areas while still managing to ensure that I got full body massage and didn't leave out any key areas of tension – like my hands, my feet or my head. The venue, tucked inside the Fitness First, is quite unassuming and this was a definite case of the adage, ‘don’t just a book by its cover’. I was very impressed and will certainly be back again! I recommended Massage One to my sister and she went and – as expected – came back with rave reviews also. It is incredible value for both time and money.

Thank you for an amazing relaxation and cleansing experience! The Lymphatic Healing Cleanse was a unique treatment that I've never had before and it was so very relaxing and my skin was very soft and moisturised from the clay mask and the sauna blanket - it was a great treatment and I'll book in again for sure. Winnie was very nice and caring and does a great massage, the lovely herbal tea at the end - wow, I need to buy that. Felt so much better in my body the next day and it really gave me the kick start I needed on my cleanse. Thanks again.

I had the brand new Lymphatic healing cleanse treatment at massage one last week and it was UNREAL! Just WOW! The results I get from the lymphatic drainage massage are incredible. The infrared sauna blanket was amazing, it was super relaxing, my skin feels so soft and I have been having sleeping so well. I highly recommend it! I had the best Lymhatic Healing Cleanse Experience at Massage One few days ago. 2hr relaxing treatment, dry body brushing, lymphatic massage, amazing products Algologie from the prime natural marine extracts and pure essential oils, infrared blanket and finished with beautiful body butter. My skin felt soft for days, my body was instantly tighter and lighter, my mind was relaxed and after the treatment I had best sleep ever!
