Definately the place to shop if you like to be followed, watched, and oh so not covertly whispered about, by staff with delusions of grandeur. Should you dare to want to try something on then every item will be checked and counted, no more than three at a time, no no no, if wanting to buy more then get dressed and go look for the next three items, while staff inspect what you’ve tried on in case you’ve damaged it. Doesn’t leave a feeling of confidence in the quality of the product. Kookai Robina is one of the worst stores to shop in. I would rather buy online than go to the Robina store. I live close to this store but will bypass it to go to brickworks.
Always feel so welcomed when going to the robina store. The girls are super lovely and go above and beyond to give excellent customer service.
